ABOUT
Humberto and Anesha Ramirez started RamTec in 2009 out of a 24x40 shop in south Odessa. They have been helping trucking companies solve all of their install needs ever since and believe that RamTec Solutions is the most efficient install company in West Texas. Together they have grown the company 10x the original size and employ a team of 15. Based on current growth, they are on track to continue to growing the company yet keeping the family feel and quality.

Humberto has been the visionary for the growth of this company. Operations at RamTec have continued to become more streamlined. Not only has the company been able to provide sales, parts, and service to customers, but they also fabricate custom parts and installs in-house as well. Humberto grew up working in this industry from age 13. His understanding of the oil and gas industry in West Texas and working under his father's direction in his Oilfield fabrication shop prepared him for the day he would branch out on his own. Humberto was born and raised in Odessa, TX and received his AAS in Engineering from ITT Tech. He enjoys horse racing and restoring antique trucks when he is not attending to new customers out in one of the bays.
Anesha

Anesha has been a key component in the growth of this company by assuring that the administrative support has been up to par with Operations on a daily basis. She has obtained new vendor partnerships and with her initiative, RamTec is now an authorized distributor of NVE/Challenger and Chelsea. Anesha grew up in Grand Prairie, TX and started her Nursing degree at Dallas CC. Prior to RamTec, Anesha worked at Home Hospice in Odessa and at Baylor Medical Center in Waxahachie, TX. When she is not prioritizing customer orders, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
Tommy
DEESE
PARTS MANAGER
Tommy grew up in Odessa and has been in the installation industry for 20 years. After graduating from Odessa High, he gained experience with Drive Train Specialties and Greshams Industrial prior to coming on board with RamTec Solutions. Tommy has been with the company for over five years and has brought experience and knowledge that has had a major roll in the growth for the company. When he's not directing traffic in and out of the shop, he spends his free time enjoying his family and the great outdoors.
